Um sich über Wasser zu halten, nimmt jede der Schwedinnen einen Ferienjob an: Kerstin arbeitet im Spielkasino, Astrid in einer Boutique, Selma als Reiseleiterin, Lill als Nightclub-Tänzerin und Greta serviert in einer Gaststätte. Nur die kleine Inga kommt nirgends unter. Klar, dass die hübschen blonden Schwedinnen auf Ibiza Furore machen! Am Ende findet sich endlich auch der Matrose wieder, in dessen Koje Pässe und Geld liegen.
