 前作縮○学園は高校生探偵・地○田遥の活躍により解決された。
部長による歴史の改変により、縮小人間たちを虐待・虐殺した事実は消えた。
が、事件に関わった人物たちには“かつてこういうコトがあった”という記憶だけはきちんと残っている。
 ヒロイン、大紀○成恵。前作で巨大化したまま、調査員として活躍中。
巨大娘になってからの生活には恥ずかしさがあるものの、自分でも正体の掴めない喜びを感じてしまって、戸惑っている。
巨大娘になってからは地○田とコンビを組むコトが減ってしまい、残念に思っている。
怪しい密輸船が出入りしている海域の調査を依頼され、ハンパネー島(とう)の調査に向かった後、消息を絶つ──。
 前作・縮○学園をプレイしていると、より楽しめます!
