General:
here is the easiest way to unlock most of the option. It’s SO easy, you'll kick yourself
Bark... Bark at least 10 times, until the game tells you that she likes you as much I she ever will... that means you maxed her happiness with you.
Then you can Growl at her 5 times. that will bring up her submissiveness... once you did that... bark again until you're back at maximum
this will unlock most of the options
if you think she's unhappy with you, sleep and bark again
Now, this won't give you all of the endings. Playing with her level happiness and submissiveness will give you these others ending. But at least you'll be able to see a lot more of the game.
Happiness will show on her face… but submissiveness is hidden. Luckily, there’s very few ways to get that down.

The Bitch:
pretty easy to get, Bring her submission to maximum before fucking her, but don’t bring her happiness to high. That will do it.
The Lover:
The lover is the other way around… max the happiness but not the submission
The Mistress:
The Mistress ending is almost impossible to get It's a really narrow window where you can get her but she most not love you enough to be your lover, and not submissive enough to be the bitch I can't even get it... did it once, on the debug version of the game...
