Раздача ведётся путём добавления нового материала; при каждом добавлении создётся новый торрент. Чтобы начать докачку нового ролика (фото и др.), пользователю необходимо сделать следующее:
Кратко
1) Старому торренту Pause
2) Удаляете его
3) Добавляете новый, так, чтобы он скачивал на то же самое место.
Трансмишшн начнет проверять уже скачанные файлы, и не будет перекачивать их заново

Подробно:

остановить скачивание
удалить старый торрент у себя из клиента (старые ролики удалять не надо)
скачать новый торрент и запустить его у себя в клиенте вместо старого, при этом указать клиенту путь в старую папку куда и должно происходить скачивание нового материала.
Ваш клиент при этом должен произвести хеширование (проверку) старой папки (если не производит сам - помогите ему сделать это), и будет докачивать только то, чего у Вас ещё нет. Старый материал при этом не удаляется, а продолжает раздаваться!
Eсли Вы уже удалили старый материал (или ненужную Вам его часть), то предотвратить повторную закачку старого материала можно, отжав галочку в соответсвующих местах при запуске нового торрента.
