There's something altogether refreshing about High Octane's releases. Director Hervé Handsome follows a tried-and-true, some might say stubborn formula, but individually his productions register. In "Medic Men," Handsome has assembled his usual quota of more than a dozen spicy foreigners, all playing horny doctor and patient.
Starting off, angular Nicholas Babral finds himself in an ambulance, his arm in need of care. The friendly medics, Paul Kabit and Gabriel Galad, are all too happy to oblige and ease his pain. Babral, he of the six-pack abs and angelic beauty, tends to forget his troubles quickly. At first, Kabit stands to the side and plays with himself while the other two slurp boners, but he soon joins the melee. All three men prove to be skilled oralists, and Babral turns into a spirited butt-boy. He effortlessly lets Kabit and Galad plug his openings, before he grabs the handrails inside the ambulance and goes for a ride -- hoisting himself almost violently up and down on Kabit. As is his specialty, Handsome then has Galad suck on the bottom's erection while he's stilled being impaled. Galad also gets some boning time, but ultimately lets Kabit finish tearing up the butt.
In the next scene, it's the medic who turns submissive. Thierry Golyo, a Hervé Handsome regular, examines Patrick Kacer's sprained hand. Thierry can't help noticing Patrick's buffed body and nice package. All of a sudden, doc reaches down to kiss him, then yanks down his patient's zipper. (Does my HMO cover this kind of exam?) Interestingly, both guys here are older and hairier than the typical High Octane model, and it's refreshing to see. The mutual cock-sucking here is rabid ... and, yes, there is rimming. Celoz almost sits on the face of his partner, who sticks his tongue out and dumps it into the fuzzy ass before him. It's Celoz, resembling American porn star Frank Parker, who offers up hole. He's a manic, vocal force, and extremely virile, and these two manage to coax creamy, flying loads out of each other after some 15 minutes of butt-banging.
Attila Acel, another High Octane regular, steals the fourth interval. Physician Fred Fele checks out his muscular body, before his assistant, Anthony Babona, walks in. With Acel on the table, Babona sticks a finger lovingly up his rear while Fele feeds the lad some doctor dick. As you might expect, Babona works more than finger inside. It's all very well filmed, and Attila is clearly in bottom-boy heaven, even if this seems the most predictable of the loops here. A dazzling four-way winds up "Medic Men." Ron Strand, who has blacked out, is getting CPR from Austin Macska. As he recovers, he finds a sexy guy atop him. They launch into a deep kiss. Nearby medics Luke Jarkal and Sandor Sablon watch on, cocks out, then decide four is better than two. The coup-de-grace here is another of those Twister type positions, where the four beautifully sculpted men spill over each other. With Sablon on his back, Macska's butt engulfs his prick, while Strand, who himself is getting nailed by Jarkal, sucks on Macska. It's one of those "sit back, behold, and jack" moments. After the four continue this breathtaking sight for a while, Macska makes room for the cocks of both Sablon and Jarkal up in his fiesty pink hole.
This has been said before, but Handsome's gifts as a director seem to grow with each release, as does the flexibility of his models. Handsome's men are already gorgeous things, made even more so by their increasingly carnal proclivities and willingness to please each other.
