приговорена Хамовническим судом к лишению свободы на срок 2 года по статье «Хулиганство». Была освобождена 23 декабря 2013 года
на два месяца раньше по амнистии. Находясь в заключении, занялась защитой прав заключённых; освободившись, Толоконникова вместе
с Марией Алёхиной заявили о создании организации по защите прав российских заключённых «Зона права».
