Процесс создания PDF

Processing:
Open each TIFF image.
Resize proportionally to fit inside 3840 × 2160 pixels (4K UHD resolution) using high-quality Lanczos filter.
Calculate padding to achieve exact 3840 × 2160 final image size by adding white borders evenly.
Convert to JPEG format (in memory) with quality set to 95 (high).
Store all images as byte arrays for PDF creation.
Extract filenames without extensions as page titles/bookmarks.
PDF Creation:
Use img2pdf to create a PDF with images at fixed 144 DPI layout.
Save to a temporary PDF file.
Load temp PDF with PyPDF2.
Add outline bookmarks for each page using extracted titles.
Write final PDF and delete the temporary file.
